Ordering Information
How to Order:
Sportstrap.com.au makes it easy to place an order. You may do one of the following:
• Order on-line - www.sportstrap.com.au
When you visit Sportstrap.com.au, you will see that our site has a wide array of products and it’s organized into categories on the left part of the site. Here you can navigate our site and choose the product that you need, and selecting the preferences (quantity, size, etc) in the selector box on the right part of the screen. Once you have made your decision, you click the “add to cart” button.

Order Status & Tracking
As soon as your order is processed, we will send you a tracking number via e-mail. You can use this to track your order once it has been shipped .
You may sign in at Sportstrap.com.au for your Order History at any time. Information about your open orders, tracking, and past orders is available.

Cancellations
Due to unavoidable circumstances, Sportstrap.com.au may cancel your order due to the following reasons:
- Item that you ordered is not available.
- This site is having problems processing your payment.
- The address you provided is not accessible to our couriers.
- Your order has been duplicated.
We will then inform you if your order has been cancelled. It will be sent in your e-mail together with the reason why we cancelled your order. Cancellations are final. If you like something in our site that is not currently available or in stock, e-mail us at info@sportstrap.com.au
Customer Requested Cancellations
Our site is designed to process and ship orders immediately, clicking “Submit my order” is considered final.
However, if your order has not yet been shipped, contact us immediately at info@sportstrap.com.au so that we can help you.
You can return your order once you receive your item. Please read our Return Instructions found here.
There are cases wherein we cannot process your payment, we will send you a notification via e-mail and please respond immediately if you will be changing your payment method or cancelling your order.
You can cancel your order is it’s a Pre-Order item. All you have to do is e-mail us at info@sportstrap.com.au
We at Sportstrap.com.au aim to satisfy our customers. Our shop has a 7 Day Guarantee. Our shop does not have conditions except that we request that the order that you will return to us has not been opened and it is in the condition when we sent you the order.
Please return the items within 7 days after you receive your order. Items should not be tampered in anyway so that you can get your money back.
If 7 days have lapse, as long as the item is unopened and you still wish to return it. Contact our Customer Service Department at info@sportstrap.com.au
