Have thought of buying one of these style of ice packs for many years, wishing I bought sooner! Works really well, just add ice and away you go! :)

Since I purchased the Reusable Ice Bag from SportsStrap I haven't looked back. I used to use plastic zip lock bags which are always splitting and making an ice cold mess.
It is working extremely well to slow and prevent inflammation.
Very pleased with the product and the service from SportStrap, highly recommend them and their product. -
