Shipping
Upon placing an order Sportstrap.com.au will estimate the shipping cost and available delivery dates based on the items that you ordered. You can get a quotation of the shipping cost of your order when you click “Shipping cost estimate” before finalizing your order.
Shipping rates are based on the weight of the item. Weight is found on the detail page of the product. Sportstrap.com.au rounds up the weight to the next half kilogram.
Free Shipping for orders of $500+
As a ways of saying thanks, for every $500+ if your orders, we will ship your order for free. This is applicable to any location in Australia.
Delivery Dates Estimates:
Sportstrap.com.au uses the services of Australia Post to deliver the orders. We offer the following Deliver Service:
- Next day (Melbourne)
- 2-3 days to (Country Victoria, NSW, SA, ACT)
- 3-6 days to (QLD, NT, WA, TAS)
Note: Each product page has shipping estimates listed, please check as some shipping lead times do differ to the above.
Express Shipping:
Sportstrap.com.au prefers Credit Card or Paypal payments because they are considered real-time payments and we can immediately ship your item. You can also play via Direct Deposit however processing would take longer therefore this would cause a delay in shipping.
For orders placed on a weekend, Sportstrap will ship your order on a Monday afternoon. For orders placed on a public holiday, we will ship then on the next working day.
Sportstrap.com.au will process your order typically within 12 hours (but no later than 48 hrs), upon recieving payment.
We have same day shipping for orders that are paid before 12 PM Australian Eastern Time on a working weekday. For weekend and holiday orders, we will ship them on Monday or the next working day.
Sportstrap.com.au does accommodate International Orders, please contact us to ensure we can ship your items to your international address.
How to Return:
- Login to your account
- Go to “My Account” and look for “Complete Order”
- Click the “Return Item/s” Button
A notification will be sent to your e-mail regarding your refund once we process your returned order.
Returns Policy
We accepts returns within 14 days upon the condition that the item was unopened and new to get a full refund. If you received a defective or wrong item, etc. We will also refund your shipping cost.
Refunds are processed within four weeks however, it can be shorter if the transit time of your order back to our shop and bank processing time of refund is done faster.
